Making Caspian Yogurt:
Step 1: Tear a small opening on a 1L boxed milk (recommended for full-fat pure milk).
Step 2: Add 1-2g of yogurt powder or 50-100ml of yogurt (you can use the yogurt that the last time you made yogurt).
Step 3: After mixing evenly, put the boxed milk directly into the machine, plug in the electricity, select the Caspian yogurt function button, wait 15-48 hours. (10-15 hours in summer and 24-48 hours in winter)
PS: When the temperature is high, if you need to leave the yogurt for the other time production, you need to put it in the refrigerator immediately after you finish it.
Making Natto:
Step 1: Soak the soybeans, add appropriate amount of water, 1 teaspoon of aginomoto, 1 teaspoon of sugar (for feeding the powder) and cook in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes, you need to wait until the water is dry and soy bean is rotten.
